You can export camera data and animation from Blender to After Effects.
In this way, in AE we have the same camera as in Blender, and all the layers move in the same way as in the original footage.
We use this technique to add a simple effect to the video, basically the groove in the rock drawn by the cavewoman.

NB: this plugin was developed for Blender 2.9, and the updated version on blender.org in no more available.
So, keep in mind this for any issue you may have on recent versions of Blender.

NOTE: as we have a small camera movement, you could also add the groove in AE by a simple planar tracking, but we want to show how to export camera tracking data, so we use this technique.
