The handstand is one of the useful calisthenics skills to learn. Aside from looking and feeling cool, it’s necessary to learn it if you want to progress to more advanced skills like:

But for most beginners, the fear of falling forward is so daunting that it stops their progress altogether. If you’re experiencing this and want to learn how to overcome it, you’re in the right place.
