Any tutorial or advice on how to allow my wrists to rotate? I can do the "less effective" version as my wrist doesn't rotate, and I can feel the effort on my biceps with no effort on the triceps, but I can't get them to rotate so far 😢
@guilherme882911 күн бұрын
I find easier to perform the L-sit pull-ups on the rings with neutral grip. Is there much difference?
@AshtonFitness11 күн бұрын
@@guilherme8829 Yes, the neutral grip variation is slightly easier. It targets the biceps a little more, too The supinated grip variation activates the finer muscles that support the shoulders a bit more, which makes them harder (as more of the burden of the exercise is placed more on these relatively small muscles). This means they strengthen those finer muscles, which is good for shoulder health and overall calisthenics progression. However, it becomes easier with training, like anything.

@ you ain’t know what your speaking bruh back don’t needa be straight, focus on the strength it takes to do, you can’t do it so know your place. Try keeping back straight with 160+ pounds in front of you leaning you forward. Learn physics lil bro.

@@RealUltraVegito kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIavqaqpbr1_a7csi=bqtzVHsXx0L6cP0n He has the bar on him and still keeps his back pretty straight. The physics are you can keep a straighter back with weight infront of you, front squat allow that haha. But none of that matters because youre using dumbbells.

@ my pistol squat of 160 is still insane strength and is equal to a 645 barbell squat so ya im insane thanks
