Dear Sir, Thanks for the uploading the video in details, it really helpful for members like us who have very less knowledge in Housing Society Act. I have submitted the form as you have suggested, but the society has rejected the form, as they are saying that if there are more than 1 owner of the flat and if any one owner gets deceased then what will happen to his/ her share, and how will it be distributed between 2nd owner and nominee. So request you to please upload the video as per the above query.

I have a question. If I want to nominate my wife to get my flat fully after my death then I know I am supposed to write her name and 100% share. But incase she also dies together along with me (may be in an accident or other situation) then how can we make sure that our flat will be given to our son/daughter (only if we both die and we want to make sure that our children or 1 child can claim it after both of us do not exist)?
