Yes sure, will try to create one if I get chance. But this is how you to do it : Stock Transfer Form: Complete a Stock Transfer Form, which includes details like company name, number of shares, transferor (seller) and transferee (buyer) information, and any stamp duty details. HMRC Stamp Duty: If the sale value of the shares exceeds £1,000, the form needs to be submitted to HMRC (tax authority) for stamp duty payment (usually 0.5% of the sale value). Board Approval: The company's board of directors needs to approve the transfer, following procedures outlined in the company's articles of association. Some companies may require shareholder approval too. Company Records Update: Once approved, the company updates its internal records, replaces share certificates, and issues new ones to the transferee. Companies House Update: The transfer is reflected in the company's confirmation statement filed with Companies House (UK's registrar of companies).

Why near London ? Its better to find either cheap affordable Uni or Find Good Rated Uni (All rated uni fees are very high) Look in to Hw.ac.uk Heriot Watt Uni, the civil dept is good rated and affordable.

Salam bro. I applied fm partner visa since last year. My biometric date was 19 April 2023. One year passed but still waiting for the visa. I applied this visa from outside the UK. I understand your frustration ufff 1 year long time. Waiting for a visa decision, especially for an extended period, can be very stressful. Partner visa applications submitted outside the UK currently have a standard processing time of 24 weeks (www.gov.uk/guidance/visa-processing-times-applications-outside-the-uk). However, this is just an estimate, and some applications can take longer. There is nothing you can do neither your lawyer, you cant even complain cuz to complain you need decision letter. You just have to wait, I have seen 14 months wait time in Administrative review case never seen 1 year wait in FM Visa.
