From Hong Kong , was wondering, how can I know if is safe to eat the tuna raw? I have filleted a similar size one as the one in your video, and have put the meat in a freezer...I googled and it says after 7 days is relatively safe to eat it raw...cheers
@sv22966 жыл бұрын
Can you just cut it in slices and fry it with the skin? Please someone answer because I just could to small tunas, maybe they are albacore I can't tell and I want to prepare them

I love videos like this..I've never filleted a tuna but I have filleted many hundreds of fresh water fish..Crappie, bluegill, bass, perch and of course catfish...Very nicely done...Thanks for the sub. I got you back for sure...Oh by the way..You are the only one besides me that I've seen with a camera remote on his wrist...

Hi Mike thanks for your kind words I really greatly appreciate it. I grew up on the ocean but after school i moved to an area where i was not close to the ocean for about 10 years and the only fishing i could then do was freshwater. I caught heaps of Bass, Carb, Catfish and Eels during that time and that is were my love for fishing really started. I'm now back on the ocean and so addicted to fishing, do not think any rehab in the world could cure me. Very nice meeting you and looking forward to many more good years of seeing you on the screens.

Very interesting on how you cut up a Tuna fish. That skin looks really hard to cut through at first. I've only fillet your standard freshwater fish.
@FishingAdventuresHB6 жыл бұрын
Thank you sir. Yes they do have very tough skin and you need a real sharp knife to cut it. Mine in this video was a little blunt lol. :-)

The music sucked!! And you don't know the correct way to fillet a tuna. Your not even using a fillet knife .
@RobJob53176 жыл бұрын
Bro, you need to sharpen your knife big time. I've never had to saw on any tuna skin as hard nor as much as you did. Sharp knives make for clean good fillets. Other than that, decent video.
