Hi Andrew. I just found your channel and would just like to say thank you. I've only watched a few videos so far but I really like the content. I own a jewellery store that has been in our family for over 60 years, we always try to explain to customers what they get for their dollar whether it is a sale or repair and give information about our products. You have some sound advice in this video about the difference between chain store pricing and independent store pricing. Nice work mate and thanks form Australia.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been really frustrated with trying to look at rings and the sales person being very pushy especially when my boyfriend is there. So pushy and trying to tell him I need a D shade and lab grown so it can be perfect clarity because that’s “half the price” etc etc etc. Each of the ones we went to they would barely speak to me or ask me what I actually wanted or my personal standard. I have so far only met one sales person I liked.
