X 8 speed is better. Everything goes squeaky I use it when checking video over 1 hours.

I've rang the first two bells and the guy gave me the map for the third but when I rest or fast travel he doesn't leave the area, not allowing me to enter the area for the third bell. Any idea what I could be missing? Edit: I just had to exhaust one more dialogue option for him and the quest progressed like normal haha. Thanks !
