It code 23 and 3, not 14 actually.. Shift solenoid probably the case, and bad connection from ECU or broken knock sensor might the problem..

Yeah and there are sensors on those cars, there's 2 of them. 1 by feet and 1 behind ashtray. This jumping circuit shit is dangerous & if you make contact and overload a circuit then you're fucked.

Beside D4 flashing meaning something with sensor, like speedometer sensor. That's also a good way to fuck your cars electrical system up. There's an OBD1 behind the ashtray, remove ashtray & it's right there.

@@MarlzJinx then it's been removed, I'm a mechanic. It has an obd reader, under driver feet on right side there's an OBD1 plug. If not there then behind ashtray. Look around because it could of fallen out of it's housing. But it 190% has one. Tell me what your car is doing along with any blinking D1-D4 lights that are blinking and how they are blinking for example "5 blinks pause 1 blink pause = 1 then blinks 5 times & pauses & doesn't blink = 0 then blinks 5 times pause then blinks 8 times is = 8 that P108" tell me what is happening I'll help.

@@MarlzJinx whoever you bought it from could of used a obd reader like mine to clear out codes and turn off check engine light then could of taken them out before selling it to you so that no lights come on and you think it's great deal. I've seen it a lot. You need to reset your ecu so that cars computer system will reboot and run through cars codes and display any. Lookup where your ECU fuse is and pull it out and let it sit 15 min plug it in. Within 10 miles if anything wrong it'll start telling you.

@@Shadoefax760 it was kinda sputtering on acceleration, today it just died while going down I-4. My Dad coasted off on an exit. I bought the car for him like a year ago...n yeah the guy that sold to me couldve taken the obd reader out, I looked thoroughly fr fr. So I found the blue clip passenger side, did the paperclip, turned key ..nada..no flashing anything. So...tomorrow Im gonna go try n pull a ECU off a junker, maybe a main relay...process of illumination. Lol 😬🥴 wish me luck

What does it mean when the D4 light doesn't with but all the other do?

Only when headlights are on or is it the dash panel that doesn't light up or shifter? Is there anything that's not working correctly, are your Rpms jumping between 500-2000 Rpms in idle? Is your speedometer working correctly? I'm a mechanic.

My 94 Accord's D4 light is flashing after driving around 5 mins, but it becomes normal after restart. I bought to my garage, they replaced the transmission fluid and speed sensor. But, the flashing still occurs after driving around 5 mins. Although the D4 is flashing, the car seems shifting pretty normal. The repairman said it could be the transmission problem and may require to be replaced. I was searching this problem in internet quite a while and found your video in KZbin. Your problem is so similar to mine. May I know when was your car's D4 light flashing? Was it happening after driving a while? What was the actually problem? How did you fix your D4 flashing problem eventually? Besides, you didn't turn off your car when you jumped the connector, did you? Sorry for so many questions. Really appreciate if you can reply. I really need your advice. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay. Not sure what to tell you but I sold my Honda due to three mechanics not knowing what could be the problem. This problem was happening only once the car was warmed up, when the car was cold it would run just fine.

Danny A Same here. I have the same blinking light. When it’s really hot outside the car won’t turn on but never had an issue in the cold though.
