Hi Mr. Jay. I had talked to you earlier this morning about starting the RTA packet. I had emailed my housing specialist and she said that they do not hand out the RTA until after they receive a notice to vacate and to send the landlord a good standing letter and once they receive the letter back. They will issue the voucher and RTA. Which is weird because why can’t I figure out the price different in the voucher if I’m going to move into a different state and see if I approve or not especially when there is a pandemic going on.

@@kyyym6905 We will need to file formal request by mail and wait for their in house counsel to respond , if they reject that we will move to file 9 page formal complaint with HUD in D.C. Their is nothing simple about any of this just a lot of work .

Hey I have a question! I signed up for HUD a year ago in Craven County, I been here since 2015. I recently moved to Pitt County. I only been in Pitt county for six months, HUD sent me a letter to my old address in Craven county and my ex contacted me. My question is, do I have to move back to craven county for a year, or can I port out and stay in my current city which is Pitt County? I really don’t want to move, but I don’t want to lose my voucher either.
