@@asus_support This guide is out of date. I bought a ROG monitor and the serial number has 12 characters instead of 15 as before. There is a problem with registration on the manufacturer's website.

I purchased a selfbuild pc via a company (who built it for me) with a motherboard and graphics card from ASUS. And i can only find the Serial number, on the label of those two units. But there isn't any CN number on those labels! I don´t have the product packages, because the company i bought it from, built the pc for me. So now i cant register my products on your website... Isn't is possible for Asus, to find the CN number if i tell them the serial number?

Hello, Thanks for the vid. I bought an Asus Vivobook Pro 16x and its still under warranty until this coming December. How can I go about paying for an extended warranty? I didn't see the option in "MyAsus" app or online. I know where to go and it shows my current warranty but as far as extended warranty possibilities, that option is just not showing up. I attempted to a few months ago , it didn't show how then, I finally got time to check again so checked today but still no option. Anyways as far as the Vivobook Pro 16x goes, I'm amazed with it. In my opinion its a great laptop.

For an ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero motherboard, there is only the serial number on the side sticker as shown in the video at 1:01. I don't have the box or warranty card since the computer was pre-built. How can I find the check number? If it's not possible, how can I disable the daily Armoury Crate notification for registering my motherboard?

When registering, I am supposed to enter a CN number that is not on the product, the original packaging or the Warrenty Card. Instead, I have an Asus PPID, which does not help me when registering in the field where I am supposed to enter the CN number. How do I get a valid CN number to register my product?

Asus vivobook 15 is worst to buy its giving Black screen issue. Don't buy anyone after purchasing of 15 days. It's restarting several times and not staring up.
