Janice, this is not boring. I do what you are doing but am always happy to learn more. I do need to keep better history records from week to week, but I am shopping just for me so I have created a spreadsheet that tracks my staples. I just plug in the current prices and it gives me a listing. It has helped me so much to see how much less money i do spend monthly. Thanks for the video!

Sweet Janice, you made me faint flat on the floor seeing to the extent you research everything for yourself and your channel. Again, you my hero among heroes as I don’t find it burning at all and I only appreciate even more what you do for me and my family as we’ve learned a great deal and saved us a whole lot of dollars. Prayers for you and your family. 👍🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️😇😇😇🎄🎄🎄👀👀👀💐💐💐

I’ve really enjoyed ALL your videos, but your weekly budgeting/price comparisons are my fav! I have really learned a lot, and I’m a bit shocked to find out I do it the same way! 🤯🤯 I’ve just started keeping the details week to week, but you’ve got me excited about price comparisons! Thank You!

Hi Janice thank you for teaching people how to save money. There are people out there who have never had to worry about saving. They will be the ones in the future that will need it the most. I enjoy learning and seeing what is on sale. It helps me with my shopping. I love all your videos. People can pick and choose which videos they want to watch. Do not listen to the nay sayer in the comments. They can go elsewhere. There are a lot of us here who love you and your family.😊

I shop very much similar to you. Not only do i the food stores but i also do cvs and walgreens. Its amazing what you can save with a little research. KZbin is such a blessing. Often you can google the stores in your area and other people have posted what the best deal for that store and explain how to get that deal. While most of what you said was a reminder, it was also motivational. I wanted to shop. Ha ha. My goal first, has to be taking care of the food (preserving) what i have, so that doesnt spoil. Have a blessed day.

@brg2743Ай бұрын
Good job! We look at one store's new ad on Sun and write down all we use on sale. Then Wed, we do Aldi's new ad. Thurs. we narrow it sown by seeing what is in the pantry and freezer. The budget is the limit so we cut what we can do without and what fits in frig, freezer and pantry. Whatever works for you is best.

Janice, I was one of the people who asked for this video, so thank you very much. I am so amazed at the detailed research that you do. One of the other comments said it's like watching a home ec teacher. Well, I think this SHOULD be taught in public school, home school, maybe even Adult Education classes. So many people are struggling now with the price of groceries. I am just so impressed with your zeal to save money and stretch your dollar. I will save this video to watch again! Merry Christmas to all of you!

It's never boring to me, Janice. I went to bed with a headache and woke up to a lot of traffic on our road. I bought a bone in ham at Walmart. I still have meat to cut and put in the freezer in cube shapes. Great for meals and snacks. I am thinking chunks of pineapple with chunks of ham. The shopping and the work involved do help with great blessings . Squirrel away. Have a great evening. ❤

In Rhode Island, Aldi's butter is on sale for $3.49 which is a great deal. Wish I could get it for the price you paid.
@JaneNorthropАй бұрын
Your Aldi prices are cheaper than ours here in FL... butter is $3.49 on sale...is Kroger cheaper than Walmart on average. I have Walmart + as I will not go into the store and it is a 20 minute drive to the store. We do not have any Kroger stores close to me but they do delivery here and I was curious if I should switch to Kroger.
