Hi Mariana, Thank you for the great rental information. We are looking at the Chapala area because we have friends there. We are trying to plan a visit in mid January for 10 days or so. We are also looking at starting our Temporary or Permanent Residency. I am somewhat driven to learn Espanol so I have been suing Duolingo as an introduction but I would be interested (if you have an opinion) on your recommendation for an app or choice for really learning (conversational) Spanish or any recommendations. Again thank you for the wealth of rental info you’re providing.

It’s far more common in Queretaro than in cancun. But not impossible to find a house without one

Hola Mariana, within 6 months i have gone to Mexico with groups. Now im ready to go by myself. I liked Puebla and Guanajuato. I guess ill gly into Guadalajara, i usually go to D.F.
