Question of the Day 💡 How do you create BIG ideas, whats your process? Let us know! 🎯 Learn 3 Secrets for Growing Your KZbin Channel in 2022 👉 ThinkMasterclass.com
@Monev3602 жыл бұрын
I think of big ideas by writing down a list of celebrities or experts in my niche and building ideas around things that pertain to them. For me it's hip-hop producers, so songs, techniques, albums, things like that.

I like to (on my other channel) take ideas that can branch out into categories so that it covers 15-20 new videos varying in popularity/competition. U mentioned royalty free music as well and I’ve got a pretty small channel filled with royalty free music called homemade tunes. We are on Apple Music, KZbin, Spotify and tidal. Great tips in this video as usual

Hey Nolan! You mentioned my channel and some video ideas you think are great - thank you! Based on what you said, does this mean I should look forward to some copycat videos from you/Think Media in the future? Haha 😂! Great vid.

Today I was just going through some of my old videos to see which ones have got good number of views. After a few hours I came across your video and glad you mentioned about recreating the videos which have performed well in the past. I am gonna go and remake a couple of videos and post them soon.. Thank you for the tips ❤😊👍

I feel conflicted. I'd like to grow, but I'd also like to make videos on topics that probably aren't highly searched. For example, I've been reading US history on my booktube channel. Colonial history books are not highly searched. Once I've read enough, I'd like to make a guide video for beginners, a top 5-10 video, etc. I'm just not there yet. Can I still grow? Do I have to read trendy books?

I've been getting better at this and watching your videos. My viewers have been going up. I made a video last week where I feel like I failed on 3 and 4 because my retention is only 40% But something happened that has never happened on my channel. About 12 hours after I posted a video last week it started getting crazy views. Like 100 an hour. That went on for 5-6 hours. I noticed all of the views were from KZbin recommendations. Then it leveled off and gets about 100 views a day now. My ctr during this was 4% I'm guessing KZbin tested my video with a big audience and because the retention was only about 40% they started showing it to a smaller narrow audience. But since getting 100 views a day by retention has gone up and my ctr hovers around 9-11% This is all fascinating. I knew KZbin tested with shorts but didn't know they do this with regular videos. The only thing I did different with this video is found a way to post it on Reddit. It isn't got about 40 views from that before it took off. Anyone know what could have sparked this?

It's so hard to find keywords that have high volume and low competition. What happens if I target low competition keywords that have low search volume? Will people still find me on youtube if I create high quality videos that keep the audience engaged?
@AritheCreator_2 жыл бұрын
People started finding me more when I consistently made videos that were low volume. Consistency is always key, so many give up wjen they make 1 or 2 videos that are low competition and don’t see the results they want. Hope this helps

I agree with this, wasn’t super clear or concise. One thing that I do is I really pay attention to the questions that people in my niche are asking via the comments section and make videos on that. Hope this helps, best wishes and luck 💫

I saw in a video that your newly posted video is shown to your subscribers and if they don't watch it it's not recommended. What do you recommend if I have many videos of other topics that I no longer want to do? It is a specific topic that has a lot of public but I don't want to be there anymore because it bored me. It gives me many more views than the other videos but I don't want to be tied to a trend.
