I swear if BJJ gyms had 1-2 classes of wrestling a week Jiu Jitsu would become a massive threat with grapplers being able to use guard and wrestle past your guard too

Got cradled in high school when I was studying Karate and decided to try grappling. Found a Jujutsu / Judo soon after😅

Serious question when is it two from out in front when the go to there hip or being in the cradle of a period of time

Thought u couldn’t lock hand unless there is only 2 points of contact ?( first year of wrestling btw )

To lock hands you need a head and an arm or a head and a leg
