Unfortunately, since Google drive recognizes the software as a Virus… It’s unable to save on drive hence why you can’t download it… if ever for some reason you can’t access the resetter.exe from your USB that came with the printer, reach out to me via email, [e-mail] and we can install it in your computer for easy access in the future so this is never going to be a problem!
