I bougth the Prestige A3+ R and had similar symptoms, the red flashing light. I used an air duster to help remove dust particles and it worked!!! Seems like the sensors are very sensitive. Thank you for the tip.

@noh9studio I have recently purchased the Prestige A3+ R and have already had to replace the print head. Only 3 weeks old and now i can print 4 or 5 prints then I get the two flashing red lights. Have you had any other issues?

The exact same thing happened to me. New print head and we still cant get this thing to work. Ghosting images, constant errors and NO support from the company. Please say away from this device.

I’m really happy that it fixed your flashing lights! They can be quite tricky when first starting out! When it comes to the green light many variables can cause issues The reason why? If only I knew… DTF Printers are a whole can of worms..
