My chiropractor, who I’ve seen for 15 years, told me mine is just from me gaining weight (I’m over weight now). But after my 3rd child who I breast fed (with horrid posture) is when this came about. Omg, thank you! This has been the most helpful demonstration EVER. Listen, I've got scoliosis rods on either side of my spine - but where the rods end at the top, forget it - I think it's called kyphosis (sp?), but I just pitch forward. I was a big fall risk, so, after my surgery 7 yrs ago, I walked with my head down watching my feet, so as not to trip - coupled with my large breasts and just the regular, modern day stuff that causes neck humps - and at 59, I'm like, not looking too cute in the posture department! 🥴 I'm determined to be standing up straight, walking into 60 - head held high - and you're gonna help me! Don't think I haven't watched a million of these types of videos and havent gone for lots of PT - Oh, I have!! YOUR video pinpointed the problem areas - and I FINALLY, after 7 yrs., actually, FELT, specifically, where my problems are 🤯 Such a game changer, THANK YOU!

can you show us how to do trigger point therapy with the muscles on the side of the neck towards the front. There seems to be many layers of them. Mine have horrible knots in them and I try to release but don't think I'm doing it right. I feel the referral pain in the back of my neck and the release is amazing but it doesnt last and I never seem to get the knot to go away. I tried percussion massager drill thing and broke it. I also tire my fingers out doing it. I tried devices but they are usually too short to get all the way to the point to release. My doc said I have the biggest hump he has ever seen. I have spondylolisthesis at L5 S1 at 50% and two vertebrae above that at about 20 so logic tells me that's why my kiphosis is so bad. Stupid me had surgery and made it so much worse, broke the hardware (Titanium screw!!). Thanks for any help you can give. Just found you and trying to go through all your videos.
