Life saver! i have an old a50 without the charge cradle. I held the game and on button for 10 seconds then pressed the on button for 3 seconds for it to start flashing. resynced the headset to the amp and all done.

Not really a fan of the cut at 1:30. As I was already aware of this hard reset this didn't really help me. The hard reset might help some people as shown in the comments, but you cutting the video and then going "see now it works" and its not a seamless showcase is pretty deceptive as I bet it didn't work for you right away and you had to do other things.

I am facing a problem with the base of the headphone and it is from the 4th generation. The headset works well, but the base does not work at all. I tried to change the charger and arrived but it is not useful Is there a solution, my brother?

You should do the reset (dolby+game) while docked on its base

لما تضوي احمر (زر الps4 اللي على جنب القاعدة) او ابيض زر ال pc تحط السماعة على القاعدة و تختار pc او ps4 على حسب شو تستخدم و هي و على القاعد تضغط زر dolby و game مع بعظ ل١٥ ثانية و فيها الشفاء انشاء الله 🙂
