Dear Doc, hope you are well and I really THANK YOU for all the videos. Really helpful from tension headaches to releasing back knots. May I please ask if you have anything I can do to help Foot Drop. I'm not in so much pain but I simply cannot move my left foot upwards, same with my toes. I live somewhere where I can't get any professional help. I show the videos and everybody looks at me as if I just landed from Mars. Only option I was given, surgery, which will only help with keeping my foot straight so I won't drag it and fall, but not actual healing. Thank you. God bless you and your family 🙏

I've been suffering from Hallux Rigidus for a number of years now in my right foot and the first time I went to a Podiatrist who only gave me a painful cortisone shot with no other instructions. That didn't last long. It would keep flaring up with various degrees of pain. However, over the past two weeks, the pain has gotten really bad due to all the softball I've been playing and likely the ill fitting turf shoes I've been wearing. Well, I found your video two days ago and went thru the exercises the past two days Not only is the pain gone, but I noticed the rigid toe was affecting the way I walk, forcing my foot to supinate, (rotating to the outside), which was also affecting my right hip. Because the right foot supination has been going on for so long, I now have to focus on walking properly without pain. This video has been a miracle.....Thank you

Goodness, it sounds like you don't have good people around. It's a sad state of the world if we only understand our own things and none of others, and even sadder if we have to go to specialized medical professionals for empathy and understanding. Of unshod people, less than 2% have hallux valgus or bunions. It's another consequence of the modern disease of lifestyle. There's a study that showed 3/4 of all kids of 5-6 years old had a tilted big toe already. Btw I'm sorry to hear you had this pain and was isolated by it, hope you are doing better! Much love.

For years, I suffered from piriformis. Chiropractic adjustments helped a little. Then figured out it was my foot, not my hip. Compression arch supports helped a ton! I think this will help me fully recover!

Yoga Teacher. over stretched Great Toes doing overly ambitious downward dogs and who knows what else. I Have had to stop teaching. I scoured youtube for ideas and by far, your stuff is the best. Did not have a tennis ball , so I used my dryer balls. One is a woolen ball and the other is the plastic dryer ball with the spikes. Both feel incredible. Thank you so much. I may be able to get back to teaching Yoga because of your video. Your local patients are lucky indeed to have you.

Had an off and on problem caused by a marginally tight shoe with my right big toe. It felt as if a nerve was being squeezed by the ball under the toe. I have been suffering with heel and big toe pain for months - I think it started when I dropped something on my toe and then was aggravated by some heel pain that was already there - anyway, straight after the video I jumped up to get something else and I am not kidding, my toe and heel pain was almost all gone! I will be repeatedly watching this video to get back proper motion in my toe and, hopefully, get rid of the pain for good.

Wow! It worked. Same day! My pain was a 10 and i could barely walk for 5 days with pain getting worse, but now its a 2, and i just need more rest and ice i think. With the first stretches, I heard a crack and felt a little relief. About 30 minutes later, while I'm massaging again with the ball, I'm feeling more relief then I hear two loud cracks, and I realize I can MOVE my big toe without pain on the top or side of my foot - I can now move my foot! I have learned to trust this channel since you've also previously helped with SI pain and knee pain so i had higj hopes that you could help, and you did!. Thank you!!!

I have a set of three rubber balls for myofascial release. The smallest one can be gripped with the toes like monkey paws. I practice an exercise where I grip the little ball with my toe grip and pick it up, move it a few feet, release it, and grip it again. I repeat about 20 times on each foot. This has helped me strengthen my toe dexterity.

I was extremely skeptical because most people in the comments said the got instance relief or relief within the first 2-3 stretches and thought to myself “no way” my big toe has been really stiff and in pain the last few days to the point I couldn’t put any pressure on this. Nice when the first thing out of a Dr or therapist's mouth isn't taking pain pills! This definitely helped the pain on the top of my big toe's second joint. Especially spreading the big and second toe apart. And then the strength exercise! Thanks!!

I did most of these at night and they helped but was still getting pain later at work. So I went to a wellness room we have, squatted down to where my toe was hurting on top second joint, then pushed down on that joint which allowed me to bend it some more without pain and held it there while moving my foot left and right and forwards and back. Then got up and walked back to my desk with very little pain and can now bend that toe while sitting down almost painlessly!

I got turf toe several days ago, but didn't know it was turf toe, so I tried the stretching exercises in these video which worsened the pain. now i know turf toe needs to be rested, any stretching or massaging will make it worse. I hope you mention this in the video in case someone else with turf toe tries the same thing as I did I love your videos very useful except for this time i'm out of luck
