The issue I have is that mine doesn't let me use the voice chat wheel. It'll just scroll and keep beeping. And the Xbox party chat says "Trouble Hearing the party?" If I scroll enough it'll land on a spot where it'll work. But then the volume for party chat is super low that gameplay is way louder. And there's no way to balance them out

Note: If this method does not work click the Link again and instead of clicking the first option (Recovery Prosses) go down to the "Update Firmware" option instead and make sure to follow the steps. It will require BOTH the (headset) AND the USB (mini transmitter) that comes with your headset to be plugged in. I say this because the method the video here shows worked for me the first time but not the second time. As I kept trying things updating the firmware was the only thing that fixed my problem. I hope this helps someone out there. I know the feeling! :)

@@honcho4329 How do you charge it? 🤔 Use whatever wire you use to charge it. You have to plug one end to the headset and the other end to your computer.

Fixed mine! At first I only got the pop for the Xbox head phones (mine are ps5) and I downloaded it anyway. Then it kept disconnecting after it downloaded the update. So I reset the software and plugged in the headphone receiver and it updated normally and now it works again! Thank you so much!

Under the firmware number version on my xbox doesn’t line up with my firmware version number on the Audio hub and it isn’t showing that my headset isnt recognized on my laptop. It blacked out the option to update and restore firmware after it said completed the first time? Now they aren’t accessible to click on. I can open a party chat and it will show I’m in the party chat with no ring around my voice when I speak and I can’t hear my game volume either. Also in my accessories sometimes it will appear that it is showing as paired to my username and available and other times it won’t be available and it will say to connect new device 😤😤🤯🤯I’ve hard reset everything and only had them a year 😢 🙏🏼 help

Yeah im having the same problem. Im suspecting it’s actually the transmitter that just broke on me because i poke the tiny reset button on the side and it just starts blinking red but not doing pairing anymore. Did you find any fix at all or any solution you resorted to?

HELP! I did all this, went through that page too, and downloaded the drivers for audio hub and it still won't detect my headset. My headset was just working last night. Audio hub won't even sense it and i tested the chord and it works and right before this shut off it said battery level medium. The recovery link in description worked for me, the firmware update through the audio hub did not. The hub disconnected when the process was “done”. Funny cause I put these headphones away over a year ago until now I just decided to try to fix em before tossing

Thanks for the info - hopefully it helps a lot of people out. I decided to return mine and get a new pair - make it TB's problem not mine. The shop swapped them no problem. I'm gonna keep doing this every time they brick, I didn't sign up to micro manage the software on a 300$NZD headset. Luckily it's only happened once in 6 months - an it is a really great headset otherwise.

I do not know what to do i tried this method after my headphones just turned off and never turned back on. when i tried connecting the headphones to my desktop it did not detect them and a windows notification popped up saying that the usb is unrecognizable. so then I downloaded the drivers like it says to on the app window. Got mine fixed 7/10/24. I had no cherge light or power on function. The hard reset didn't work for me so I downloaded the app on my laptop. After trying to update, it said there was no updated firmware available. Then I did the restore to default option and it automatically turned on after. Good luck 👍🏻

So I did this for my stealth gen 2 but I did it on my max and when I tried updating my firmware for the headset I forgot to plug my headset transmitter in as well and the computer updated my ps5 headset to Xbox firmware and now I cannot connect my headset at all to m ps5 the headset now jus turns on for 2 seconds lights up green and goes right back off
