And I don’t see that little dot on my mini Google to re-reset the device and I have a few other things that are already in my phone that are connected to my Google app. I didn’t wanna have to delete everything and then I have to try to put everything back in my other Google mini works fine. I don’t know what’s wrong with this one. Thank you so much for your help. Hopefully I can get it to work.😊

It finally worked...Soooo I deleted my home address and room from the Google home app and added the device like it was a new one and it worked! I was about to throw it away and buy a new one.

I have multiple google home devices. Changed internet provider and all of the newer models reconnected fine. 2 of the older (H0A) minis and rhe original google home will not connect. Despite being factory reset many times. Just says 'cannot communicate with device'. Finds the devices fine but when trying to connect to wifi it says either cannot find device please ensure device is in same room as router (it is) or try again later. Have been tryinf for several days. Seems the older ones are no longer supported in google home app?

It just factory resets the device. The device used to be called Google Home.

Honestly the most unhelpful device ever. It tells you it can’t connect and to check your connection. There is nothing wrong with my WiFi, the device is the only having the problem.
