I don't think it's stuck but the file is still in process and the process takes quite a lot of time, if that's true, try checking the file, for example cod bo 2 so check the file cod bo 2

first time u dont have to cancel i canceled becoz i already installed gta v. and in second time u have to tick all boxes and as soon as 3 files are downloaded then cancel the setup
