It's incredible that windows has no way to play h265 footage by default. This isn't some special codec for fancy cameras, every phone and every camera shoots this for the past like 7 years. I bought a two thousand dollar windows laptop and can't even open gopro videos lol.

Yep have yo pay... If you do H265 10bit mov file format not even the HVAC program suggested options with the Windows store works

@@sparkestudio I have it paid for by my manufacturer and it still does not work in vlc for 422 or idk maybe it's some other flavour. But only some videos play in vlc for me. I had to download icaros and also do the k lite codec pack.

@@definingslawek4731 did you use the other program I recommended in this video for displaying video that is more complicated but for me is far better. VLC doesn't just work, there are settings that need to be changed... If it still doesn't work, just use the better program i actually show all settings and how to use them. Icaros are thumbnail images for use.
