Samsung has pretty much bricked the old galaxy buds. I can't get my new s23 ultra to recognize them. No way to make them pair. If you haven't noticed Samsung, is pretty good at ruining your old hardware with new software and forcing you to buy new devices. Whether it be phones or earbuds. Update I was eventually able to unjam the earbuds and new software did download automatically

Totally agree, I am pretty sure that some uneven phone-app-bud update caused a total lock out.

Mine go red inside the case the case goes red too. But sometimes inside they go green but when I hold them down they don’t go into pairing they just do nothing.

I've got 2 pair of galaxy buds (4) and both the left ears only play when both are in my ears but if I put the left in the case the right works fine so I thought I'd try them in my old galaxy s10 and both pairs work fine all 4 earphones work great. It's something to do with the s23 ultra the exact same problem happens with the s23 ultra and not the s10

For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed

My galaxy buds2 pro left bud connected and charge find and lights green when i put it in the charger but the right one doesn't connect and shows a steady red light when i put it in the charger I tried manual and phone reset and still not working

yep same problem had them for 4-5 years now just chillin because of this problem, also in the app intended for these buds the left ear (the one not working for me) shows a red triangle with an ! next to the charging bar. kinda sucks but ive given up for a while and forgot about them i found the recently and was wonder if anyone has found a reliable fix for this problem. guess not.

I have my galaxy buds plus for over a year now and the left bud is not sticking to the case where it charges but the magnet is actually repelling the bud

you need to open the case and glue the magnet back where it goes, you might’ve dropped it or something and the magnet got knocked out of place
