If you don’t have your android phone anymore like me. Put the earbuds in your ears and hold your finger tips on them for at least 6 seconds, they’ll make a couple of noises one of them not as familiar and they will enter pairing mode and you’ll be able to see them in Bluetooth settings.

When I trying to hold my finger on the earbuds, even for 10 and 20 seconds, I don't hear sound. They have a full battery. Somebody knows what can I do to pair my galaxy buds plus to my iPhone? My previous phone that was connected to my galaxy buds plus was formatted and I have no access to it.

Thanks so much! This makes total sense. Maybe I was just hoping that this is a different kind of thing where it would connect to multiple devices without needing to unpair, but failing to remember that this is an audio Bluetooth device, so just like that you have to unpair to be able to connect to a new device.

this is my problem: there used to be two bluetooth connection wich were the regular and one with an LE so the LE one never worked for me, i could connect to it but didn’t work on the headphones but the one without the LE did work on me but after updating the headphones software the one without the LE did not want to connect to bluetooth so i’m wondering if this has happened to u before and how did you solve it

It baffles me how necesarey it is to “unpair from all other devices” for the earphones to actually be visible. Just paired my Galaxy Buds from 2019, with my first iPhone 15 pro in 2023. God bless cross-plwtform technology. Thanks for this informative video, worked like a charm!

Mine is showing as connected in the Bluetooth but music is coming from speaker and in the galaxy buds app , when i google the controls I can hear the sounds through buds .

My buds not pairing to my iPhone. This video makes it appear that it connected to a different device? Any idea what to do if I can’t find the device? I can get to to pair to my phone for a second or two then it stops. Anyone out there resolved this sort of issue?

Ayhm Alaa I contacted Samsung customer service- they had me make sure both my phone and the earbuds were updated, remove galaxy bud app, restart phone and reinstall app and try again. It didn’t work. They said it might be a bad unit and I returned for a replacement. The new ones are operating correctly and I am now happy with them

for 9 months the buds worked with my iphone, but now suddenly they don't anymore. I mean they connect, but they don't play sound. It is "connected" in the bluetooth settings, but I don't have the headphones icon in my iphone anymore. I tested them on my brother's android phone and they work just fine with that. Idk what happened. I will next time just buy airpods.. apple just works always, this is why I switched from android phone to ios.
