I felt the same happiness😂 I mixed butter and milk chocolate, but it curdled . Wanted to throw it out but surfed the Internet for one last time and I'm so happy. It came out the way I wanted

I doubted it at first but then I actually tried it and it worked!!! For those starting out, please make sure you're adding the water little by little and not a whole at a time :) Hope this helps you too!

You saved my Christmas! I would have never ever guessed this would work out ! Literally was lost, I even removed the split oil and tried adding milk, double booler method but they didnt work ! I was panicking since I had present a cake for Christmas morning ! You saved my reputation! Many thanks 😊

This just saved my night!!!!! I tried adding butter, remelting over double boiler, and mixing with immersion blender and nothing worked. Then comes this blessing of a video. I almost didn't try because we all know water and chocolate are normally like cats and dogs but by now I was desperate. This worked like a charm. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Even after reading all the comments I was sceptical about adding water to broken ganache. But I decided to try it out anyways. And it worked like a charm. Thank you so much for this tip.

I’m not a professional but I’m a highly skilled cook/baker with many years of experience - but chocolate is just my natural enemy and no matter how many times I’ve tried to learn to work with it I never ever get it right. I was following a high quality recipe and still managed to majorly split my ganache. I was about to ruin a special dinner and waste $20 worth of high quality chocolate. And never in a million years thought this would work, but I have it a shot and… it did! Perfectly. Really impressed (and ever more bewildered by the ways of chocolate).

Awesome..... thank you so much.... as I'm a beginner...i tried ganache for the first time&it's seems to be imperfect ...i was worried about my chocolate and creams...thn I watched ur video and able to fix it.... thank youuuu so muchhhhhh❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤......if my ganache were not at a perfect consistency and if I wasted it thn my mother wouldn't leave me without beating and taunting me 😅❤

Yep this works! Amazing save my sons birthday cake... I have used whisky in the past but not ideal for a childrens birthday cake!

I really thought I overheat the chocolate that's why my ganache looks kinda grainy and oily but thank God I was so afraid to add anything to the mixture, I ended up just whisking it gently until it becomes smooth. I didn't add anything, no water, milk or whatever
