i run cmd or powershell(admin) on adminstrator. i wrote this command and restart pc, fixed: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

Thanks for sharing but unfortunately this does not run on my system. Still the same error after restart :-( Windows 10 Pro x64 build 18363 Surface Book 2 with 16gb ram I think my hardware should be good enough with the SB2 therefore I cannot explain why it doesn´t run after I fixed Hyper-V and the platforms in the windows features.

@@10trillionusdt36 thanks! I had Memory integrity OFF. It began to work after I 1) turned on Memory integrity, 2)computer restart, 3) turned OFF Memory integrity. Just after all these actions it works.
