How to fix woodworm, rot and other nastiest in your floorboards

Well I had the surprise of my life after lifting the 5.5mm or 1/8" ply off this old bathroom floor it was crawling with the little buggers.

Yeah lack of ventilation far too much moisture, many council homes have internal steel reinforced concrete internal walls and outside brick walls, in the kichen and bathroom the walls can get too much moisture and the steel starts to rust and cause cracks in the plaster.

Put small furniture in a freezer or put outside on a very hot day.
