Hey Tom! Great video. The opening of the sexy woman woman running in the Converse sneakers was cool. I just bought a P4P and your tutorials combined with hands on demonstrations are extremely helpful and much easier to understand than most other youtubers. Keep up the excellent work as you're my go to guy for professional safe drone operation. Thanks again! I really like the dancing astronaut in your intro!

As always, your videos are so helpful and fun to watch. I don't think I'm going to try indoors with my 3 4k, particularly after watching your video. You probably saved me from making a costly, stupid and unnecessary mistake. I think I'll stay with a tripod and update my equipment to more practical solutions for indoor filming.

What is the best distance from a ceiling (P4Pro) and can I set it as max altitude? I am filming a multimedia project on a large wooden church. I would like to do a transition effect of the drone flying down through the roof (already done the exterior in a test flight) and appearing inside with slow descent . The flight would be launch from centre aisle, straight up and straight down again. The rest of the interior is 360 camera and dslr. I have a laser measuring device so I can get an exact distance floor to ceiling.

Hi Tom. please. Im a cop and I have a phantom 4. I would just like to see a video from yours, where you pilot the drone from inside a car (not your old video with the radio outside the car window). I would like to know if theres a real signal lost, and how much the flight distance atenuates. I would like to know how strong the car metal blocks the radio and video lightbridge signals. cos im planning to control the phantom 4 from inside my car, filming it from above (50 to 120 meters of altitude). thankz.

I used the downward sensors indoors flying over a 12 foot balcony. I launched the drone from the balcony and as soon as I cleared the balcony, I lost control of the drone and it crashed into a wall... is that because there was such a drastic difference in the floor?

Nice tutorial but I have a question. You mention in your video you can not fly higher than 3m indoors with the visual positioning on. I assume then that with it off you can then fly higher - I am flying a Mavic? I also used tripod mode flying indoors which is great to slowly move around (with a lot less chance of crashing). Lastly what was the music you used in the video with the girl running through the greenhouse - very appropriate?
@Hurricane237 жыл бұрын
MDL Photography yes you can fly higher without vps, it disappears after 3-10meters then gps/glonass kicks in.
@mdlphotography84497 жыл бұрын
I hear you but as i was flying indoors, there is no GPS / Glonas. How high can one fly indoors?
@mdlphotography84497 жыл бұрын
I was flying indoors so no GPS. In order to get up to about 10m would you then have to disable the VPS? It would NOT get any higher than about 3m in standard mode and i could not figure out why.

V.a. die Musik passt perfekt. Danke! Mit welcher Framerate wurde das gefilmt? 60fps und dann auf 24 verlangsamt?

I would add one very important proviso when using Course Lock: Never, ever, turn your body during flight. Once you have engaged course lock, stay facing the way you were when you engaged it. If you turn your body, the entire control experience will become very nasty indeed. Believe me, I've tried it - and crashed. And there's no superfast way of turning it off.
@EmilBrikha8 жыл бұрын
If you need to get some ground shots, but don't want to waste money on an Osmo and don't want to risk the drone, you can always hold the drone in your hands. I did that with my P4 on this shoot for most of the ground footage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gaCnk2Bql9GJpMk
