Thank you for the very informative video. The pole I purchased has two settings so originally my thought was to use the bottom almost horizontal position for half mass. 60 years old and still learning.🤓

It is somewhat, I guess OK. But one thing you didn't say was on Memorial Day you only fly the flag at half-staff until 12, noon then full staff the rest of the day. This was from taken from the flag code. That has been around for over a hundred years.
