I’m a 30 year old female and I’ve always been underweight. Like really underweight. Came across this video a few weeks back. And can’t thank you enough for it. Started drinking this smoothie 3 times a day after each meal. It’s been 18 days and I’m already up 3.6 Kgs. I’m 5’8 (age 23, female) and having unexplained weight loss since February of this year. I’m only 110 pounds and it fluctuates up and down. I’m scared for it to keep dropping. My goal is: 130 pounds!!! I’m also experiencing many other uncomfy symptoms: like hair loss, drowsy, get abdomen aches sometimes, easy bruising, have heart palpitations now(where it races on and off or pauses) get chest pressure discomfort or aches. I have trivial tricuspid, trace pulmonic, and trace mitral regurgitations. Get joint aches too sometimes. Out of breath sometimes. I have daily physical discomfort and wish it would all go away for good! All I want is to be normal weight again, be happy, and for all this to go away. This all gets mentally draining, that I stress out and cry on and off as it’s frustrating.

It’s easy to gain weight. Make a plate and add 25% more food than you usually would. Or just eat 25% more than usual in a day. You just need a calorie excess.

I will try it starting tomorrow. Since i was a little kid I was always skinny and got bullied for that. Even today with 25 I get comments like: "You are a stick, If you turn to the side, you become invisible. Don't let the wind drag you away." Even thou I eat 3x a day and snack in between. Sure sometimes i get the time were I feel hopeless and just stop eating much, cause it is too expensive due inflation and all that food won't stay on my ribs anyway. I tried drinking olive oil, even taking meds, that slow down my metabolism but it never got me more than 2kg. I just want to look normal so that people stop starring at my legs cause they are so thin. I just want to eat a pizza und Kebab and just be fine with that for a day. Not scared to stand on a scale etc...

Beautiful receipe. I started this about two weeks ago and started seeing results on the 6th day. However I stopped it because when I drink milk, it increases my fibroid and ovarian cyst sized. So I reduced again. I now made a new one without milk and it's day 3. I'm watching to see if it works well without milk and I'll truly be happy.

I use chia seeds that are bio and already cleaned. Soaking chia seeds for 15 minutes is not the same as washing them. Soaking chia seeds helps them absorb liquid and develop a gel-like consistency and also enhances digestibility

In 2023, my weight is 122 pounds; very low for a man cloaking 40 soon. I've always been quite slender. However, during Covid, I reached 165 pounds due to stay at home. I suspect that a significant portion of the global population also gained weight during that time. Well in 2023 intense project work that drained my finances. Made me lose this weight. And with my sister's birthday coming up in March 2024, I'm hopeful this video will assist me in gaining that weight back in a jiffy. Appreciate you sharing it. My budget is very limited so can I make a 4000 calorie smoothie and use that alone for weight gain? Sometimes I really can't afford food so my calorie intake is most times less than 1000. So if I invest in a smoothie then I won't be able to buy much real food. So can I use mostly smoothies to gain weight?
