I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots, in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate, this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app

Very interesting. I think I am more of the Idea guy than a execution guy. although I do wish we could bring back the death sentence. pun intented. lol jk Innovation has got to be one of the most underrated critical aspects about business. I stopped following my culture as a native american and I learned that culture kills innovation when it is based on a limited set of principles. On my free time I study programming and see some cultures like my own, are like outmoded versions of software. Like if we were running Windows 95 in 2021. If I don't updated to a more modern verison, I am not secure enough to handle dynamic environments and technology is always advancing with or without me. if you are gonna set a culture, set rules and principles that will progress and allow for modification, otherwise you are setting your people up for failure. yours truly, Robert Crier.
