I moved to Germany from Greece and i applied for 487 jobs. A lot of interview (about 10-15 live, 2 skype, and 60 from telephone) but at the end i found my dream job as engineer in Daimler. A lot of stress even my wife didnt believe at me was telling me if you want we can go back to Greece. But i didnt hear anyone. I had a dream i wanted to work in automotive development and at the end i did it.

U did it well dude! dont hear to anybody who doesnt believe in u!! Only u can tell what u could do or not! I'm a front end JR at Brazil and this is my first I.T job, and I working and studying hard to get my biggest dream: Go to Canada leave Brazil
@hamzamohamed79355 жыл бұрын
Congrats.... It will be great if u give us an overview of the skills, cources, self_learning knowledge that are required in this career in Germany. Thank you and good luck
@gbmwp5 жыл бұрын
@@hamzamohamed7935 Don't hear anyone. If you want something do whatever it need to become reality your dream. In your life and in your process to find your dream job you will meet a lot of people who will tell you negative things in purpose or because they are very negative or because they don't believe on you. 1st of all you have to believe in yourself. Whatever i will tell you or your family or your friends etc. you have to be confidence about yourself. Then come the others. So in my situation when i was searching for a job in Germany i was in companies and the interviewers was telling me that you cannot work in R&D because here in Germany usually Students were studying and then making an internship in a company and start the career in R&D and that i didn't do the same. And general you have to show them that you are passionate about the work you want to do and willing to learn more.

actually, it it thought that front-end is pretty easy, for girls, etc. :) I guess it mostly comes from a stereotype opinion that the best coders are men

oh, what a weird world. anyone can code and I know many front-end developers who are MUCH better than backends, etc.

You might be wise to stay in Canada unless it's too cold. A lot of Americans are thinking about where to move, because the US is badly governed and no longer a dream. It's not about Trump but a long-term trend going back almost a century.
