To answer your question at the end - I need to finish developing the product (I'm working on a personal development guide, which will ideally grow into a course and coaching sessions). I am still developing the guide, so I am not a "business owner" yet. I am very early in the process of entrepreneurship, so your content (and Alex's) and getting me fired up to really dive in.

The one area I need to focus on is consolidating what we already have in customer feedback, and email traffic, isolate the product features, and improvements that they have brought our attention, prioritize the list and begin iterating.
