Notes for me: 2:39 chest (push ups plus variants) Progressive overload is necessary. Add weight to increase force or do explosive pushups , increase range of motion (chairs.), shift balance. 5:05 back, lats etc. Bedsheet method, tie a knot and hang it over a closed door. Broom over chair or table rows. -> inverted rows 8:06 arms Bodyweight curls. Palms facing towards us. Pull face to palms. Sphinx push ups. 9:03 Dead hangs. 9:54 shoulders 10:09 pike push ups 10:20 handstand? 10:33 lateral raises 10:40 whatever this is 10:51 Legs Bodyweight and jump squats 11:35 exercises whose name I forgot. Slickhamstring curls?? Calf raises.

Great video. I workout at the gym, but it's relatable. You need to be persistent, and there is really no secrets or shortcuts. Go to gym 4-5 times per week, be hard working, eat properly (I suggest meal plans from Onlymeal), and sleep at least 7 hours per day. That's really everything you need, whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle.

For legs, I highly recommend. Hamstrings : • Nordic Curls or a progression mimicking the movement from the sliding legCurls to the harop curl. • Single leg RDL, even though the progressive overload is way smaller due to the lack of weight. Still worth it as it works the small stabilisers muscles and it's good for the knees. Quadriceps : • Reverse Nordic, any progressions from the Hindu squat to the Sissy Squat. • ATG Split Squat, same bonus as the single leg RDL, plus mobility through loaded stretching. Lower leg : Superset Calf raises standing, Tibialis raises then Bent knee calf raises with tibialis raises again until your legs tell you to get stuffed.

keep doing the variation you can every day until you unlock the next one, then switch to that until you can do the next and so on. (for knee pushups do 10 every 30 minutes while watching something, worked for me)

Couldn't do pushups myself when i was in middle school, started to just kinda force myself doing it, like me trying to hold it longer when going down, then using my knees to try and push back up. Not sure how long it took for me to be able to start doing it, since before i knew it i was doing 10 reps pushups before i realized "huh i can do pushups" 😂

Try giving random people compliments, look if there's anything standing out about them, maybe their jacket, hair anything really. Forcing myself to do this helped me improve my social anxiety problems a lot maybe itll help ya too
