KING! Thank you, been trying to do this for ages and your video explained it perfectly. Only thing missing from the video (found in the comments) is that you have to swap from On Board to Detect Profiles, once that was done, got it working in no time flat.

if you don't have the "repeat" option you need to switch away from "onboard memory" on the little switch at the right side of the window on startup.

I've done the same as shown in the video, with the same mouse even, but mine only works as a normal click and does not keep clicking when i'm holding it down. And yes i have turned "repeat while holding down" on
