I TOTALLY agree with you that LinkedIn is an amazing B2B marketing tool. Over 10 years ago I was getting ready to launch a new marketing system for Realtors. I talked about it in a FEW groups on LinkedIn and within TWO weeks I had over 500 requests for more information. Unfortunately, I handed those leads over to a guy who was going to be my partner in launching the system and he completely screwed up those leads. I learned two valuable lessons from that experience. First was to completely vet the credentials of people BEFORE inviting them to become a critical part of your business. The second was that whenever I have a project that requires ANY B2B marketing, my first choice for doing a launch AND for ongoing B2B marketing is to depend on LinkedIn. it has proven to be a powerful way to grow several businesses.

I have been learning these lessons for 45+ years since I started my first business. Now, using Ubersuggest to understand what homeowners are searching for, I am taking advantage of all those lessons to build a completely different homeownership lifecycle business that I hope will change the way homeowners approach home maintenance, repair, and remodeling projects. LinkedIn will be my not so secret sauce to monetize this business through connecting with home service providers and contractors who can help the homeowners with those projects.

Google prefers niche sites, but there are sites who focus on multiple niches. I'd start with one niche and then expand into other niches. Make sure the niches are relevant to each other or the audience.

Did you do keyword research on that term to make sure the metrics are worth targeting? That seems to be a very long keyword. Typically the keyword is a portion of the title.
