Excellent and very useful tips on sleep and it’s disorder from Doctor’s mouth ; I experienced sleep disorder when I suffered Pneumonia; After that Yoga / Pranayama / daily walk that helped me have good sleep ; Thanks Sid for u r wonderful service aligned with u r professsion ; Even if one soul recover from sleep disorder , it is good ; It is a terrific disorder and one will understand the meaning of nightmare ; During that time , Chanting God’s name was very helpful for my recovery ; Thank God I recovered

Very informative podcast… Thank you for giving us lots of information about sleep apnea.. A few days ago we were discussing about sleep apnea with our friends.. one of them have severe snoring problem and I told him to do sleep study but as you said people don’t take it seriously.. I hope people take snoring as a serious issue..Thank you once again. Dr Sid I have listened all your videos and I like them all..keep doing good work

I use any podcast for sleeping. Within 15min i get sleep. Else 2 hrs required

Good information. But you have discussed very less on the remedy. Isn't it? Also if one year back my study showed severe apnea and after an year from resmed it showed moderate... whom to believe?

Thanks so much Dr. for spreading the awareness. I have got diagnosed with mild sleepapp and I used resmed's device which I used for two years. I had a stomach bloating during the middle of the night which my GP or my sleep specialist couldn't fix. Hence I stopped using the device for almost two years now. Personally I realised that I've got sevier mucus during the middle of the night. Nowadays I try to clear my nose using some balm and I'm 60% successful going back to sleep. Would you suggest anything to get the proper sleep back? By the way I'm 47 years old.

How good and reliable is SmartWatch Sleep study?...where it studies REM, Deep Sleep etc and tells How much was body recovery and mental recovery percentage?

Simple. People don't do it spontaneously because if the cost involved. It is a very expensive test. You should strive to make it cheaper to reach the masses.

Resmed he is talking so much. The device they send won't fit only. Simply they will charge for 1 month rent. They ask to buy various masks each costing 1.5k and they don't help you choose size. They can't send one technicians to home after charging hefty money. Simply you will lose 5-10k don't go with resmed. Go with your doctor given contact person for renting or buying sleep cpap or any such device
