Dear Sir, your videos are inspiring and motivating. Keep posting such kind of videos for benefit of all. One specific request from my side is as we are dealing with Corona pandemic newer version Omicron now. New restrictions has been placed by government and am not sure by when things can get normalized. Till the time Gym gets open again, Kindly suggest exercise using dumbells only through which we can build biceps and triceps muscles at home. I can do some exercises of your video at home using dumbell but not all as all equipments are not available. Thank you and keep posting good videos for benefit of all.
