Dear Sir, your videos are inspiring and motivating. Keep posting such kind of videos for benefit of all. One specific request from my side is as we are dealing with Corona pandemic newer version Omicron now. New restrictions has been placed by government and am not sure by when things can get normalized. Till the time Gym gets open again, Kindly suggest exercise using dumbells only through which we can build biceps and triceps muscles at home. I can do some exercises of your video at home using dumbell but not all as all equipments are not available. Thank you and keep posting good videos for benefit of all.

Back dips is the worst exercise ever. It's injury prone and not advisable. Don't know why he recommended it. The internal rotation of your shoulder is dangerous.

Hume single body part/per day trained krna chahiye ya 2 body part/per day Example k liye Monday biceps, Tuesday triceps, Wednesday chest etc. Ya fir Monday biceps-triceps, Tuesday chest& back etc . Aur agar 2 body parts/per day trained kr rahe hai to konse 2 body parts ko sath karna chahiye. Jese ki kuch log chest k sath triceps lete hai back k sath biceps. To kuch log biceps triceps sath lete hai aur chest back, shoulder legs etc. Plz reply must. Thank you
