Sir I did this exercise yesterday. Just after the gym Biceps were crazily pumped. Could not feel the pain but at night Biceps were painful as hell ( in a positive way). Thank you sir

bhai me 2 months se gym kar rahahu ..5kg se dumbell curls aaram se marsakta hu lekin 7.5 kg paar 1 bhi nahi ...mera biceps increase horaha hai lekin weight nahi

Thank you for your information but I have a question...... Mere pass jyada kg dumbbells nahi hai... 12 reference mein nahin hota main 15 reference lagata hun kabhi kabhi 20 ya 25 ho jata hai lightweight lagta hai isliye to usmein kya kar sakta hun Jara bataenge to achcha hoga... Actually mein ghar mein practis karta hun isiliye.... Agar aap full body workout in dumbell and berbell at home ek series banaenge to aur bhi acha hota.... Thank you 😊

Hi Jeet sir मेरा आपसे एक सवाल है. मेने 4 महीने पहले जिम जॉइन किया और 2 महीने तक जिम गया... पहले मेरा वज़न 82 किलो का था और बाद में 2 महीने जिम करने के बाद मेरा वेट 88 के लग्भाग हो गया अब जिम न जाने की वजह से मेरा बैली फैट बढ़ रहा है... मेरी हाइट 6'3 फीट है और अब मेरा वेट जिम ना जेन पर भी weight बढ़ रहा है 95 kg हो गया है मेरे अब एम चाहता हूं कि खाली बैली फैट कम हो जाए मे क्या करू ....अब मैं जिम नहीं जा सकता इसलिए प्लीज बताइए ? Home workout......एम चाहता हूं मेरी बाकी मसल बनी रहे सिर्फ बेली फैट किमी हो जाए ऐसा हो सकता है क्या ?

Sir 4 months hogya already jyada budget nhi hai whey keliye creatine toh le raha hun. Slow progress hoga toh chalega par acha sasti wali protein bataye jo original ho matlab duplicate bohut ate hain matlab 1000 rs ke around kuch acha kyun ki 1000 bohut soch ke spend karna padta hai results nai ayega toh bohut dukh hoga. Or tricep chest ka acha exercise batadijiye jyada effective matlab kahan se start karna he or kahan pe khatam pura duration rep range and num of sets ❤love from odisha ❤
