I recently started close-grip chin ups and they might be the greatest exercise I ever found; even more than pull ups. The next day, I can feel them equally in my back, pecs, abs, biceps and triceps. I spent 22 months wondering why my bicep peak wouldn't grow any higher, but my biceps kept growing wider. Higher bicep peaks are tricky, they require a really specific form. Close-grip chin ups feel different, like they're really hitting that long head.

@@adtjtjdjsj Yes, but make sure your close grip is about 2 hand-widths apart. If you put your hands right together, most of the work goes into your triceps.

Close grip chin ups overhand , underhand , narrow grip high volume lots of sets & reps will blow your arms up this definitely works

Pay attention guys with the chinups if you have an elbow valgus ,or if you are an hyper pronator it can be really hard on your wrist or elbow joints

@@rodiablo9816 Yeah, and you'll be sore as fuck and also most likely end up getting inflamations in your tendons / tendonitis.. a true pain in the ass and takes about 2 - 3 weeks to heal
