How to get Celebi in Pokemon Emerald (ACE outbreak method)

Demonstrating how to get Celebi in Pokemon Emerald without using cheats or 3rd party devices. This can be done on the physical copy of the game on a gameboy or DS, and on emulators. To get Celebi in Pokemon Emerald, you can perform glitches that allows ACE (arbitrary code execution) to spawn the mirage island, and another couple of codes to make Celebi spawn on the island!

Got problems? check this: - Make sure to unlock Mirage Island first. Video link in description. - Before executing, make sure that box 12, 13, 14 and the last row of box 11 are empty. Also make sure that you're not using the special wallpaper from Walda (in Rustboro City) on box 2, 6, 10 or 14, any other wallpaper is fine. - game crashes when egg hatches? - your box names are most likely wrong. - make sure you are using the correct code for your version. The code shown is for english version. - Remember to delete your hatched glitch and it MUST be done through the deposit option. If the game crashes as you try this, put the hatched glitch pokemon in front of your party before entering the pc. Is there are any other way to get Celebi before unlocking the mirage island? I would love to use Celebi but at that point of the game i feel like the wait wouldn't worth it

When you specify “…” vs “ “ “ do you mean for every box that you see “…” in ? Or is it the first box only?

Yes! you can use a pokemon with sweet scent to RNG manipulate a shiny:)

Can you use the first cheat to get all differente pokemon or it's different?

The first two odes are the same, but the last code needs to change to change the roaming Pokemon. You can find a list somewhere on the pastebin site (link in description.)

What is a DOTS egg? Any egg will work or do i have to breed certain pokemon?

you must do the ACE setup before following this video, first link in description. DOTS egg is a corrupted Seedot by the name DOTS that is traded from an in-game NPC. By doing the pomeg berry glitch, you must get this seedot corrupted so it becomes an egg, with specific traits like it being in a nest ball, having PKRS status, and "will hatch soon" in the description. This is the specific egg you need, and nothing else will work, because the codes in these glitches are based off of that exact species. Part of the reason is because it always has the same trainer ID and therefore it is easy for everyone to use the same code.

@@MankeyMite thanks for ur fast response! Sounds complicated but i guess ill give it a try. I am trying to complete a living dex of gen 3. Celebi and mew are the ones i think will be hard to get.

@@emilioperez3274 I see! Good luck! Its not that hard to do, but there are alot of things that can go wrong so make sure you watch each step carefully:)
