Fellas if you do intermittent fasting, eat only 2 meals a day, drink a gallon of water a day, don’t eat processed foods, and keep your carbs low. Your face will clear up tremendously.

I already have clear skin. I have oily skin. I even use an salicylic acid facial cleanser about my skin goes right back to producing a lot of oil. I carry oil sheets on me and bloat my face throughout the day. 😩
