I used to hustle myself, 7 day work weeks, 12h days and I believe it did help me progress and grow the company, but the cost was really high - so I'm now figuring out ways on how to actually grow and achieve a lot on a healthy time-management path :)

@@MalewiczHype understandably high cost. When you shared that in some of your videos, I was thinking "when does Michal rest, sleep with that kind of hours working?" I also get that one can be so into the work, that it is enjoyable to work long hours, 7 days a week. Your video on stretching really was an eye opener for me because I would like to ensure in the future, as i sit at my station for 10+ hours that I am not messing up my joints or posture. Thank you so much for your teaching about caring for the body!

Witaj Malewicz, czy lepszą opcją nie wydaje się praca dla konkretnej firmy, a w wolnym czasie robienie prywatnie produktów dla ludzi/freelancing? Nie za bardzo orientuje się jak wygląda poszukiwanie tej konkretnej firmy i czy to takie proste (ponieważ jestem na etapie nauki w technikum i czas mi na to nie pozwolił) natomiast miałem okazje robić strony + ui design prywatnie dla poszczególnych osób i bardzo ciężko było odnaleźć klientów w potrzebie i nie zawsze dochodziło do finalizacji transakcji. Pytam żeby przyszłościowo wiedzieć na co się nastawić chociaż domyślam się że rynek dynamicznie się zmienia. Pozdrawiam!

Na pewno bezpieczniej jest miec stabilną pracę i robić freelance po godzinach do momentu az sie rozwinie na tyle, by przejsc na freelance w 100%, ale nie kazdy ma taka mozliwosc :)
