Hi Miss Auti!!! I’ve been a hip hop dancer since I was 3 years old and I really wanna try something new (like ballet). The problem is I’m the most inflexible person ever. I just feel like since I’m not flexible I’m not gonna be good at ballet so I’m scared to try. I know the answer to my problem is to just stretch, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on this. Is it possible for an inflexible person to learn ballet and be good at it? (Love you and your videos btw💕)

OMG I needed this thank you!!! I do have a question if u don’t mind. When you stretch and you like get a pulled muscle (it’s like around my butt and back thigh on my left side) what do you do?? I mean like rest it but for how long or what else do you do? Yet again thank you for your videos they’ve helped me so much❤️❤️

That sounds like a pulled hamstring! Speaking from experience :) I had to go to physical therapy for a few weeks and rest outside of that.

Massage that area with oil and dont go to hard on ur self when u start because it can be dangerous
