Have healthy meals and drink enough water. This assists all skin type to glow. Do keep in mind these during your day. Stars often speak about having at least 8 glasses of water daily for healthy skin. It's something one can depend on. Manage the face clear from dust and pollution. I understand it's not easy, but you have to attempt. Clean the face with normal water first, then use a soft face wash twice a day, in the morning and night. Also, rinse your facial skin with water whenever one go out in your sun. Use only mild face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash. Always apply sunscreen when one go outside. It's essential. Keep active. Take walks frequently. These are my tips for glowing skin, founded on my experience. I hope they help you attain beautiful, bright glowing skin that everybody admires!
@aanya21086 ай бұрын
I absolutely like this ricebery face wash. It was my first experience with it, and I totally liked the smooth result it leaves your skin after use. It's wonderful for dry to normal skin. It does not make your skin post wash, but rather, it clears out my skin perfectly and maintains it smooth and supple after wash. Moreover, it foams well and activates with water. This face wash is absolutely worth it, and the quantity will keep you for nearly 3-5 months depending on usage. I highly recommend it.

I listened and made some additional/disclaimers as I go. I do a similar routine for day and night and my skin is almost perfect (emphasis on almost). I had really bad acne as a teen/young adult. Been doing this for a few months and the results are amazing. Try it! I've been getting compliments on my skin, Never happened before. NB: 1. Only exfoliate at nights (for obvious reasons) 2 times a week. 2. Use retinol the other 5 nights a week and NEVER on the night you exfoliate. My nights look like this alternating the exfoliating/ retinol step Sunday- Exfoliate Monday-Retinol Tuesday- Retinol Wednesday- Retinol Thursday- Exfoliate Friday- Retinol Saturday- Retinol 3. I detox once a week by drinking bitters (cerasee or bitterwood). It tastes awful but thank me later and your skin will thank you!!! I put my routine in my phone as a reminder. Im not a doctor and you don't have to listen but this works!

I have used the Jamaican Shea Butter for years now and as a man my skin is amazing! Plus I use it in my hair and body and sunscreen. My skin is so naturally smooth and silky? My lady loves touching me and often says she is jealous of how nice my feet look! Now, I Lov the whipped Shea Butter but it gets rancid fast and needs to be refrigerated to last. So get a solid small jar cause a little goes a long way. Also, it comes mixed with coco butter and mango butter. This mix is wonderful for night and after showers very refreshing but as a daytime wear it's too much going on for me 👎 however smells great in my hair. Also, I use Retinol n Collagen at nite and scrub with egg whites let dry and then wash off with baking soda. Only X2 monthly. Results have been Awesome! Jamaican Shea Butter takes care of the coca balls sweat, egg plant sweat/dryness and belly button noise....the silk pillowcase? I'm gonna give it a try? I have bamboo right now.

Hello brothers.....I think it is obsoletely cool that you all have a desire to take better care of yourselves! Quick tip. Drink Okra water. And use the mucilage of the water to moisturize your skin. I'm all for getting the same results but at a cheaper price and healthier approach. Okra water is rich in vitamin C. It has anti-inflammatory properties. I take okra water mucilage and I put it on my face. It has a slimy texture but reminds me of a thick serum. Your pores will shrink . Inflammation will reduce. How to make okra water: take 4 or 5 pieces of CLEANED okra. Cut the head and tips. Then cut the body of of okra into pieces. It does not have to be perfect. Place your okra water in your cup and fill your cup with hot to luke warm water. Stir, cover it and set aside on your night stand. Go to sleep. In the morning your okra water will be ready. At this point it is up to you how to consume. You can filter it and drink it. You can use a straw and drink it BUT be warned it is thick. Or you can place it in your smoothie. The left over okra pieces are good to eat. You can take a piece and rub the okra mucilage on your face after washing and drying your face. Let it dry and put a light moisturizer on your face. PAT on your moisturizer do not rub. I use to hate okra because of the texture. I hate cooked okra but I can tolerate raw okra. Okra is very good for the body! Helps fight cancers, helps with libido, diabetes, good for bones, good for the blood, it gives energy, it hydrates the body. DONT SLEEP ON THE OKRA. The benefits is worth the texture..

How to get clear skin. 1) daily wash face, neck with a no residue soap when showering. 2) while in shower, scrub same area with a product called Hibiclens after soap wash. 3) Fresh out the shower, cottonpad same area with a product called Skin Tight only after haircut and shave. 4) For daily cottonpad after shower, use witch hazel instead of skin tight 👍🏽 For anybody and not only light skin Edit: no need for lotion afterwards. Lotion clogs and oils your skin. SkinTight has tea tree oil in it which is enough and leaves skin clean and can be used every day. Follow directions on hibiclens and skin tight

Right so here’s some tips. Get yourself a face cleanser that you can use EVERY DAY that is Fragrance Free and won’t clog your pores or irritate your skin. Buy an exfoliating scrub to use 2-3 times a week. Buy a face moisturiser that again is fragrance free, won’t clog your pores, has SPF 50 (sunscreen) and hyaluronic acid in it, the hyaluronic acid locks in the moisture in your skin which is essential especially in the winter. Your diet will play a BIG role in keeping your skin clear. The main thing I would say is avoid Dairy products as much as you can like Milk, Cheese, Chocolate etc. (drink oat milk instead of normal milk) and add things like Blueberries, Kale, Dark Chocolate, Coconut water to your diet and try limit your sugar intake. Try cut down on meats too, don’t need to be eating meat EVERY day. Change your bedsheets and pillows/face towel weekly, try not to sleep with your face touching your pillow (I normally sleep on my back) and don’t touch your face as much. If you’re not sure what skincare products to use, I use 👇🏾 Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser - wash your face with this every morning and night Kiehls Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleanser - this is an exfoliater so only 2-3 times a week CeraVe Hyaluronic Acid Serum - Apply before moisturiser CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF50 During the winter I use Cetaphil SPF50 Face Moisturiser as it’s thicker. Last tip, only buy skincare products where it literally states on the packaging that it doesn’t clog pores and is FRAGRANCE FREE! Cause chances are if it doesn’t say it on the packet, it has chemicals in it that will clog your pores. Hope this helps

Here’s what I used to help clear my acne and fade my hyperpigmentation. Day: La Roche Posay facial cleanser, 100% natural rose water toner, La Roche Posay vitamin c moisturizer and serum, innisfree daily UV sunscreen. Night: Rinse skin with cold water, rose water again, Purple complex soothing cream. Drinking a gallon of water everyday and quitting fried and greasy foods also helped

Please note, with that SA cleanser, you will go though a skin "purge", where your skin starts to renew much quicker than before, bringing out impurities under the surface aka pimples or blackheads. Remain consistent and your "purge" should resolve itself within 4 to 8 weeks. Your skin will get slightly worse before it gets better. I see alot of people complaining about SA and how it ruined their skin, but they just don't know how to use it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, and don't get exploited. Guys, eat healthy and drink lots of water. 1. If your skin is dry, use shea butter or cocoa butter, after washing your face. If Petroleum jelly works, use it. If baby oil works, use that. Make sure your skin is damp. 2. I have oily skin, twice a day, I use the clear aloe vera, which I purchase from any pharmacy. It is a great moisturizer. It keeps my skin smooth and soft, during the day, and during the night while I sleep. Don't get trapped with these expensive products, that black people don't really need. Develop a daily routine, so taking care of your skin becomes automatic, like brushing your teeth. Stick to your routine, it pays off once you find something that works. Doing a face steam maybe once a month works, just put your face over a bowl of hot water and cover your head with a towel. The steam cleanses your pores. Then rinse with cold water to close your pores. I have been doing this routine for years and I am over 70. It works. Keep life simple 😊
