The page keeps telling me that app engine studio is not installed and i need to activate the plugins... but no where to find ... i tried the user and psw provided and failed to login..

Hey Kevin, if you're getting a ServiceNow screen that presents App Engine Studio after you login to your instance, then your instance is up and running. Try clicking on the All menu item (top left) and you should see a list of the apps. Let me know if you are still having problems. Thanks!

My question or concern has to do with that my prior experience has to do with Network Technologies, and I am at beginner level of programing with JS and SAS, so if select ServiceNow Administrator instead of Developer; does that change a lot of the PDI instance, and if it does, how so?

There will be no difference in the PDI. I think they just use that to recommend training topics for you. It's always best to get the CSA certification before the Developer certification. Thanks for the feedback and for being part of the channel!

my instance doesn't look anything like what you have. On my login name it doesn't say admin. I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe this platform is exculsively for delveopers; not for some of us who just want a hands on practice space.

Something went wrong with my pdi instance, am new to IT with no Background. When I was generating my pdi, I click on "No Code" may be that was the reasons.i couldn't get a proper picture of pdi. My Application Navigator has just module and are not open

Yes. You can request another PDI. Login to the developer portal and you should see a button to 'Start Building' or a button top right labeled 'Request Instance'.
