Hi great videos pal, Have a 13 l405 came in from salvage. Wont open doors or start even with key against casing. locksmith reprogrammed KVM and supplied new key.. no change. Really stuck any suggestions?

Hi mate great vids you are very knowledgeable, so just want to ask about the drivers door actuator on a 2014 evoque, mine has 2 cables going into the top, but all the parts out there are for one cable, it's not the keyless entry one, I'm really struggling to find a part. The car originally came from Ireland could this have something to do with it , really peed me off buying part which don't fit and stripping door down. Any help PLEASE

Got same model and I don’t have the key, battery looks died and I’m still struggling to unlock the door. I even reached the interior door lock using a stick but the door still did not even open from inside. Any idea please 🙏

Just had this issue. Changed battery on my key fob and still did not work. Same for the second key. Will try this method tomorrow and see if I can get into the car

Let us know how you get on Most time this happens the battery is the fault or there is a clear sticker over the battery on one side that you need to peel off.

@@L663 bought another set of batteries and had the same issue. I got into the car using the metal key and then used the fob right under the steering wheel (not on the side) to turn the car on and it drove perfect. But without the key fob working I'm not able to lock it. Taking it into a garage on Monday so fingers crossed.

Do you have a flat battery on the car ? there are other tricks you can try... like charging through the charging socket

Often the locks seize as the y dont get used.... try adding some WD40 and work the key back and forth gently...

The key turns but the door wi t open and nor does it when I could get into the drivers side using smart key. I have to press the button on the inside of the driver door to open the passengers door. That’s where the manual key-lock is
