Hi, I am from Uzbekistan. I have a question about work experience. Now, I work as an accountant at private company. This experience is to be counted for experience or I need to change my job

As long as you are working in a full-time role, that will count towards your number of years of work experience. Top MBA programs value at least 2-3 years of full-time work experience, with the average upon matriculation being close to 5. No matter what company you work for, as long as it is full-time (as opposed to part-time or a summer internship), then an MBA program will consider that to be your work experience, which is a very important component of the application process.
